About the role We are seeking a Customer Development Coordinator to provide support to our Customer Development Executives by handling key administrative functions, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients and maintaining accurate records and reporting. The role involves post sales customer support, issuing student certificates and invoicing, onsite training coordination and quoting. This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters. As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably within a sales or customer service environment Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office application, Salesforce is highly desirable Good interpersonal skills along with customer service focus Ability to work autonomously with a high attention to detail Don't meet every requirement?
