Looking for an Assistant PM with circa 3 yrs experience on new build construction projects who is looking for an opportunity to lead a site under the supervision of a Senior PM. Fit out and refurb experience is advantageous. With an impressive portfolio of clients including Blackmores, Sixt, and IKEA, we deliver projects valued up to $15m, including high-quality joinery supply and install. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Salary - $120k - $150k package Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects Support senior project managers with programming, scheduling, and budgeting Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor site progress, safety, and quality standards Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates Gain hands-on experience across all project stages, from tender to handover About You: Previous experience in fit out, refurb, or construction (desirable but not essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment This role offers genuine career development opportunities, with exposure to high-profile clients and complex projects.
