About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to be based in Darwin (or willing to relocate). This is a multi-site role requiring travel across various projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture while supporting operational teams to achieve compliance and safe work practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across multiple projects. Develop, implement, and maintain safety systems and procedures in line with company and legislative requirements. Provide safety advice, guidance, and support to site teams and contractors. Lead incident investigations and report findings, including recommendations for improvement. Deliver toolbox talks, training, and awareness sessions to site personnel. Monitor compliance with safety legislation and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the safety function. To Be Successful: 5 Year experience in a Safety Advisor or similar role, preferably within civil, mining, or multi-site projects. Strong understanding of relevant safety legislation, standards, and best practice. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively across sites. Qualifications in WHS or relevant safety discipline.
