The primary role is to manage accounts, finance, and systems across THE Resources HUB and Resourceful Women , keeping everything running smoothly . The Opportunity This position offers a hands-on, varied role where you’ll take ownership of finance, systems, and administration across two growing businesses. You’ll work in a supportive, people-first environment with flexible hours and the chance to shape processes as the business scales. The Tasks Ahead: Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations across both businesses. Run daily bank, card, and account reconciliations and maintain tidy bank feeds. Post transactions and maintain ledgers in Xero. Lead systems administration: maintain cloud tools, manage user access, clean data, and streamline workflows. Handle the accounts inbox, credit applications, purchase orders, and supplier/vendor queries. Prepare and prioritise payment runs, manage timesheets, and chase client approvals. Support month-end processes, BAS, and ad hoc finance and systems projects. Act as the go-to liaison for finance and figures across departments. About You You are a highly organised, detail-oriented finance and systems professional with a proactive approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love spreadsheets, and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Flexibility and discretion are second nature. Key Requirements 3 years in high-volume AP/bookkeeping or finance support roles. Solid purchase order experience. Advanced Xero skills and strong Excel capability. Experience maintaining cloud tools, user access, and managing data. Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent time management, initiative, and attention to detail. Confident communicator and able to handle sensitive financial information discreetly.
