A popular Adelaide pub is seeking a Casual Duty Manager / Supervisor to support the current manager and provide leadership to the team. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who is confident running a shift and can be relied on to open and close the venue when required. Role Details Casual role - approx. 20-25 hours per week. Flexible roster across 3-5 days, with availability on Friday and Saturday preferred. Venue trades Wednesday to Sunday. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a small team of young staff. Assist with opening and closing shifts. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, taking pressure off the Venue Manager. Deliver great customer service and maintain high standards across the venue. About You Experience in supervising younger staff. Previous hospitality or supervisory experience essential. Reliable, confident, and able to work independently. Strong communication and leadership skills.
