Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness in compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimise food wastage. Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. About You: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative menu creation.
