Known for our loyal clientele and professional service, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality grooming experiences in a welcoming and stylish environment. We're currently looking for an experienced Barber to join our team in Northbridge. Duties and Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable workstation and shop environment at all times Monitor and restock supplies, including beverages for clients Assist with end-of-day full shop clean down Ensure all tools are sanitised and properly maintained between each client Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required : Minimum 5 years' experience working as a senior barber At least 2 years of barbering experience gained overseas Strong technical skills in cutting and grooming men's hair and beards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and high service standards A friendly, outgoing professional who enjoys building rapport with clients A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Passionate about barbering and delivering a premium experience This is a full time position working 38 hours per week. An attractive remuneration package ($80,000) will be offered to the successful candidate.
