With strong foundations already in place with a well-defined brand identity, and robust operational systems — they're now looking for a dynamic Digital & eCommerce leader to help sharpen, optimise and scale their next phase of digital growth. The role Joining a nimble and dynamic leadership team and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take full ownership of the digital and eComm function. This is about amplifying what's already working and tightening what's not. From refining the Shopify experience to optimising ad spend, leading weekly performance reporting, and shaping global channel strategy. You'll thrive in high paced environments and bring clarity, creativity and commercial intent to every digital decision.
