With survival rates for high-risk cases around 50%, and treatments often leading to long-term side effects, the organisation's mission is to fund world-class research aimed at developing more effective and less toxic therapies. Their goal is 100% survival, ensuring every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy and free from the burdens of this disease. The impact you will have in this role: As the Administration Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth daily operations including managing schedules, coordinating communication, speaking to donors and ensuring the smooth running of the online shop. Your proactive support will save time for the wider team, ensure processes run efficiently and your work will create the foundation that allows the entire team to succeed. Key responsibilities Provide professional customer service for event participants and online shop queries. Manage shop operations including product uploads, stock monitoring, promotions and sales reporting. Coordinate community support packs, fundraising materials and supporter communications. Maintain accurate databases, records and inventory levels across office and warehouse. Support office administration including supplies, printing, mail and liaison with suppliers. Assist the CEO with scheduling, reports, expenses and ad hoc tasks. Prepare reports and materials for events, board meetings and fundraising activities. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements. Skills and Experience: You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter with strong people skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to stay organised while supporting a diverse team. You will also have: Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Canva/social media a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and in a team with initiative and flexibility. Professional, reliable and empathetic approach.
