The Role As the Supply Coordinator, you'll play a central role in coordinating supply chain functions across third-party logistics operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll manage inventory tracking, customer communications, and documentation for inbound and outbound logistics. The role includes a tailored 12-month training program and a clear growth pathway into broader logistics leadership. Key responsibilities: Monitor stock levels & prepare supply chain documentation and reports Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with internal and 3PL stakeholders Support internal departments including QA, Ripening, Receivals and Dispatch Manage client relationships to ensure timely & high-quality delivery Identify & resolve supply issues – e.g. delays, shortages, quality concerns Analyse supply chain metrics to improve efficiency and reduce waste About You Tertiary qualifications in Agribusiness, Supply Chain or related field is desirable Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Confidence working in dynamic, seasonal supply environments The Benefits: 12-month tailored training program with ongoing mentorship Free breakfast provided daily Free On-site parking in Sydney Work closely with major domestic & international clients Fast-paced, seasonal industry Choose Agri Talent Agri Talent provides permanent recruitment and executive search services exclusively for Australian agribusiness.
