Our client is seeking an experienced Tender Coordinator to join their team at their Naval Base facility. About the client: They are an Australian owned and operated business specialising in surface preparation and industrial coatings throughout Western Australia. They maintain purpose built blasting and painting facilities in both Karratha and Naval Base, Western Australia and pride themselves on providing specialised and quality service to their clients in the resource, energy, infrastructure & mining industries. The Opportunity: You will be responsible for the following: Assisting with proposal coordination in preparing and driving the end-to-end proposal plan and timeline to ensure all key milestones are adhered to Supporting the day-to-day tendering tasks including master document creation, customisation of submission documentation and resources database management Coordinating tender deliverables and developing tender delivery timelines, deliverables matrix and tender templates Document management including management of all received electronic documentation and correspondence within the tendering inbox Tender drafting, graphic creation and final formatting Pre-bid activities - completing pre-qualifications & expressions of interests Maintaining accurate records of submitted tenders and post tender notification Ideally you will have: Previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail - document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading Excellent organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong team player with the ability to multitask Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes About us: Zeal Resources is a leading labour hire and recruitment company, operated by industry professionals with extensive experience who truly understand the unique demands of their clients.
