We are looking for a Part-Time Surgery Nurse to join our team. About our Surgery Nurses: Our Surgery Nurses support the Surgery department, Emergency procedures and Radiology. These nurses assist with a wide variety of cases, from admission through to recovery. We are looking for a nurse who has the following skills: A keen interest in Surgery and Theatre based work and a desire to work closely with our patients throughout their entire surgical journey. An ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in General Anaesthesia & ventilation. A training program will be developed for the right person to support their ongoing learning and development. Confidence working in an extremely busy environment To be considered for this position, applicants must have: Completed a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing A minimum of 2 years, full-time experience as a qualified nurse Previous experience in surgery would be highly regarded but is not essential.
