Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice About you Must have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and tertiary qualification in Nursing Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering and reviewing client care plans within clinical or aged care settings. Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, quality standards and person-centred care principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively within a team and with external stakeholders. Sound judgement in clinical assessment, documentation and management of client needs and changes. Analytical skills to monitor budgets, assess funding utilisation and contribute to management reporting.
