The Role As a crucial member of the team, you will provide dedicated support to two high-performing sales agents, playing an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative and marketing activities across a diverse portfolio of property campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing all compliance documentation and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, keeping every transaction seamless and above board. Creating, coordinating, and distributing compelling marketing materials for all property listings, helping to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers. Overseeing the exchange and settlement process of contracts, liaising with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met and transactions progress without delays. Delivering proactive, day-to-day administrative support to sales agents, enabling them to focus on client engagement and sales performance.
