Store Person – Burton Mine Site Work directly for Emeco on a major QLD coal project What’s on Offer: From $51/hr based on experience Superannuation paid on all hours worked Fortnightly pay cycle 7/7 day shift only – no nights Extra shift incentives available 5 weeks of paid annual leave $5,000 Refer a Mate Bonus (conditions apply) Exclusive discounts on health insurance, retail, novated leases, and salary packaging What We’re Looking For: Proven warehousing experience, ideally in mining or industrial services Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills Clear communication and ability to work well in a team Customer-focused with initiative and a "can do" attitude Sound understanding of safe material handling practices Previous experience in a Store Person role in the mining sector Mandatory Requirements: Unrestricted working rights in Australia High Risk Work Licence – Forklift Current manual Australian driver’s licence Standard 11 Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical, Functional Assessment, and Drug & Alcohol screen What You’ll Do: Receive and process incoming deliveries Load and unload trucks as required Operate forklifts safely (licence required) Keep stock records up to date and perform regular stocktakes Maintain clean and organised storage areas Attend pre-starts and toolbox talks Liaise with on-site teams and suppliers Assist trades in the workshop when required Follow safe work procedures (Take 5s, TBRA, etc.) Report incidents and hazards promptly Actively support a safety-first culture Do You Like What You See Here?
