Known for their modern systems, collaborative culture and supportive environment, the firm continues to grow and is now seeking an experienced Bookkeeper Manager to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will manage your own portfolio of small business clients whilst supervising and mentoring a team of 2–3 bookkeepers. You will oversee client onboarding, review bookkeeping work, prepare and review BAS/IAS and payroll and provide software training and guidance to ensure clients receive outstanding service. To be successful, you will have at least five years’ experience in Australian public practice or with an external bookkeeping service, with proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously. Strong leadership skills, Xero proficiency and excellent attention to detail are essential, whilst experience with e-commerce bookkeeping will be highly regarded.
