About the Roles Employed by Webuild, Parklife Metro is currently seeking experienced and proactive Fit-Out, Facade, and Finishes Supervisors to join our growing delivery teams across the alignment (St Marys to Bradfield). You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of architectural and interior finishes, cladding and facade systems, ceilings, partitions, and associated works across a Metro train station. These are key field-based leadership roles with strong interfaces across construction, safety, quality, and subcontractor management. Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day site activities for internal fit-out, finishes, and façade packages Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and plant to ensure works progress efficiently and safely Drive a safety-first culture, enforcing site safety protocols and leading by example Review and interpret drawings, plans, and ITPs, ensuring delivery aligns with design and quality standards Identify and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams Monitor progress, support lookahead planning, and contribute to project reporting Champion quality, safety, and environmental standards on site About You Trade or tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar Minimum 4 years (Supervisor) in fit-out/finishes/facade delivery on complex building or infrastructure projects Proven ability to manage subcontractors and construction teams effectively Strong understanding of construction sequencing, buildability, and technical details A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering to program Why Join Us?
