As a Junior Property Manager , you’ll play a key support role within the Property Management team while gaining valuable experience from seasoned professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Property Management team with daily operations Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections Liaise with tenants and manage communication Negotiate lease agreements and handle rent reviews About You: Previous Real Estate experience is essential - Leasing Consultants and Property Officers looking for a step up will be considered Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Current driver’s license and reliable car is essential Strong written and verbal communication skills Friendly, driven, and passionate about a career in real estate The Perks: Monday to Friday role – no weekends!
