Our Client: Our client is a multidisciplinary clinical healthcare service provider with a mission to bring quality healthcare to all Australians. They offer a range of NDIS services both within the clinic and community setting. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Speech Pathologist Team Leader to join a progressive national community NDIS organisation in Melbourne's south east. In this role, you will work closely with the community team, including the plan and support managers and therapists, whilst managing a small caseload of your own. You will be responsible for leading your team of therapists and applying your expertise to provide ongoing professional support. The role is largely community based but there are clinic locations available for therapy and admin. Your caseload is largely NDIS and services across the lifespan. This is a full time position.
