About the Role As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in their daily lives. You’ll work under the guidance of Registered Nurses and be a vital part of a close-knit care team. Key Selection Criteria Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV Ageing Support Current CPR Certificate Current driver's licence Experience working in residential aged care or similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and document accurately Full Australian working rights Desirable: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV Ageing Support Experience with electronic care systems Knowledge of aged care standards and best practices Compliance Requirements: National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) National Personal Insolvency Check Sponsorship is not on offer at this time Why Join Our Client?
