Their extensive range includes over 140,000 products, from building materials and plumbing supplies to hardware and renovation essentials The Role As a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of HR functions, with a focus on Recruitment, Training, HRIS and Staff Administration. You will work closely with People Managers, HR Business Partner and the Payroll to ensure smooth Employee Lifecycle processes and a positive experience for all employees and providers. Duties Coordinate end to end recruitment processes; ads, interviews, ref checks, etc. Issuing offers using HRIS and recruitment platforms. Support People Managers in facilitating new employee onboarding, inductions, and system setup where required. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS Provide user support for HRIS issues and basic troubleshooting. Generate change letter (contracts variations, promotion letters, changes in reporting lines etc.). Track probation reviews, visa expiries, certifications, and other compliance items. Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including scheduling and bookings. Track employee training and development activities, maintaining training records. Liaise with external providers to manage training enrolments and attendance. What you need: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field (or working towards it). 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role. Experience with recruitment processes and HRIS platforms Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and time management.
