In this role you will be responsible for providing operational and client services support to investors and financial advisers. The Role Provide responses to queries / requests received via phone and email and arrange for escalated issues to be tracked to completion. Provide proactive platform navigation to Adviser's and their support staff. Ensure that all queries / requests are actioned to a set standard of service and quality. Discuss product features and ensure that investors and advisers are kept abreast of any changes. Process new business applications, additional investments, investment switches and withdrawals.
