We are hiring a Senior Relationship Manager for our Vendor Finance business. This role will be responsible for deepening existing relationships with introducers specialising in the rental product with Original Equipment Manufacturers and Distributor Partnerships. You will work with introducers to develop and implement value add finance programs that provide optionality at point-of-sale for equipment suppliers. You will also be expected to identify and establish partnerships with new introducers who focus on rental as their primary product choice. Your role: Manage and retain relationships with introducers and identify new clients. Collaborate with the introducer sales team to grow sales and build relationships. Establish and support new program opportunities end to end. Solve problems and identify roadblocks to new business in order to grow volumes. Collaborate cross divisionally to drive efficiencies within the programs. Work closely with the legal team on bespoke finance agreements. Successfully deliver sales targets as well as strategic KPI’s set by the business. Build greater awareness of Angle’s value proposition in the market. What you bring: Prior experience in a similar role and an understanding of the fundamentals of a rental product. Proven salesperson, with the ability to understand complex vendor finance partnerships. Experience with rental and operating leases, copy cost arrangements and subvention. Ability to problem solve complex offerings and ideas on how to improve process. Strong relationship builder both internally and externally. Strong written and verbal communicator. A growth mindset – open to new ideas and being challenged to continuously improve.
