EXPRESSION OF INTEREST F&B RELIEF DUTY SUPERVISOR MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE $32.80 Per hour Higher Duties The Opportunity: Assist with the supervision of the day-to-day operations, food safety, WH&S, profitability and human resource management of the Food & Beverage Department as required. Your day to day: • Open and close the park as required ensuring that outlet trading times are appropriate for park attendance. • Ensure outlet presentation is of the highest standard. • Assist with the co-ordination of team members including roster management and team member training. • Supervise the team to ensure all operations are performed in accordance with policies and procedures. • Maintain a high standard of food safety and conduct regular housekeeping audits as required. • Maintain a profitable stock level in all outlets. • Work within a given budget. What you’ll bring to the role: • Experience in leading large teams with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. • Strong understanding of effective rostering and labour management. • Analytical skills and attention to detail. • Strong knowledge of SAP. • Availability to work on any day including weekends.
