We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, guest experiences, and property upkeep. ✨ About the Role: As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a selection of holiday homes—from guest communication and cleaner coordination, to maintenance management and property inspections. You’ll be the key contact for owners, guests, and trades. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with guests before, during and after their stay to ensure 5-star experiences - Manage calendars, owner stays, guest requests, and booking updates - Conduct property inspections and ensure presentation meets brand standards - Coordinate cleaning teams and schedule turnovers - Manage small maintenance issues and liaise with contractors - Communicate regularly with property owners and provide updates as needed - Support seasonal projects such as linen audits, deep cleans, and property set-up - After hours messaging set nights of the week ? Skills & Attributes: - Prior experience in holiday property or residential property management preferred - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Excellent written communication and people skills - Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - Tech-savvy – able to use property management software, Excel, email, etc. Must Have - Ability to commit to at least 6 months work until at least March 2026 or longer. - Full driver’s licence and access to a car (travel around town required) ?
