We’re now on the lookout for a creative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team for an exciting six-month journey. About the role The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for promoting the sport of tennis in South Australia through marketing, communications and PR activities in line with the national and local strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Partnerships and with one direct report, in this role your will: Oversee all marketing, digital, public relations, branding, production, and advertising activities to enhance the profile of Tennis in SA Develop and execute content and marketing deliverables for the Adelaide International to grow awareness of the event and participation in tennis Lead marketing for The Drive by developing ongoing growth strategies aligned and delivering advertising and marketing campaigns that promote all events, concerts, and functions Work collaboratively with the Tennis Australia Marketing and PR teams to ensure strategic alignment Provide leadership and development for the Marketing & Communications Coordinator About you To be successful in this role you will: Hold a tertiary Marketing or Communications qualifications Possess strong presentation and communication skills in both one-on-one & group settings Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and written skills Demonstrated competency in desktop publishing and design Proven experience in website administration and production of editorials Advanced competency in social media and digital marketing • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis SA.
