Your part in St Stephen’s Hospital team As the Clinical Nurse Manager , you will be responsible for the overall management of the mixed Medical & Surgical Ward, including staffing and clinical service delivery. You will apply your clinical and leadership skills to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient-centred care, working collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental, hospital and organisational-wide goals and foster a values-driven, safe environment. Essential: Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration Recent experience in General Medical and/or Surgical Nursing Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement Desirable: Post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice Qualifications people management and/or leadership What makes a difference for you?
