About the Position As a Retail Tech Specialist at WHSmith you will demonstrate your tech enthusiasm and serve customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner, whilst managing cash and regular transactions using our POS system. You will also: Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. Provide product knowledge and technical advice across a wide range of consumer electronics, gadgets, and accessories. Maintain store standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness. Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and product launches. Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals and enhance the customer journey. This is a fulltime role which will require availability from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. The Successful Candidate To be considered for this role, you must display the following: Have a passion for customer service and retail! 2 years experience in a similar retail or tech environment is preferred but not essential - we can provide you with the knowledge! Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality. Great personal presentation. Availability for fulltime shifts from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. A team player.
