About the Role: As the New Car Assistant Sales Manager , you’ll be responsible for meeting individual sales targets, helping drive the new car sales department, while delivering the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. Working alongside an experienced and talented leadership group and a high-performing finance & insurance team, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the Dealership's customer base. The successful candidate will possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems and have excellent operational skills to help assist the New Vehicle department. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.
