Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do: Build strong relationships with clients, coordinators, plan managers & stakeholders Allocate and forecast NDIS funding with precision Draft and maintain service agreements, quotes, and programs of support Stay on top of client plans, reviews, and portal bookings Respond to new client intake inquiries and support leaders with documentation Keep data accurate across Carelink, SharePoint & other systems Be a champion for compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For You’re someone who thrives on making things happen and loves balancing detail with client connection. You’ll bring: Confidence with numbers – allocating funds, forecasting budgets, and keeping everything on track Attention to detail – accuracy is your superpower Strong communication – you can build rapport and trust easily Organisation & proactivity – juggling priorities is second nature Tech confidence – Microsoft 365, databases & rostering systems (Carelink a plus!) Requirements: 2 years’ experience in admin, customer service, or stakeholder engagement Knowledge of NDIS funding & guidelines (or ability to learn quickly) Cert III/IV in Business Admin (desirable) Driver’s licence & local travel availability NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) Why Join UDC?
