On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrician for a fantastic opportunity with our client in Naval Base. This is a long-term contract through June 2026 with the potential to extend. What’s on offer: Location: Naval Base, WA Shiftwork: Sportsman roster, Monday to Sunday – great for work-life balance! Contract Duration: until June 2026 Rates: $79.21/hr Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all electrical infrastructure and assisting other trades as needed Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and breakdown repairs of electrical systems Examine, diagnose, modify, correct, test, and install electrical systems per standards, manufacturer guidelines, and maintenance planning systems Carry out all activities within the whole-of-job scope including pre-work, preparation of JSAs, organizing materials, execution, testing, handback, and sign-off Maintain safe working practices and contribute to a positive team environment Skills and qualifications: WA Electrical Licence trade qualification Experience with power distribution, PLC controls, motors, VVVFs, and materials handling equipment (stackers, conveyors) Heavy industry electrical maintenance experience Working at heights certification Current 'C' or 'CA' class driver’s licence Strong computer literacy and communication skills Effective teamwork and customer liaison skills Knowledge of Work Health & Safety principles Desirable: High Risk Licences: EWP, Forklift HV Switching certification Knowledge of Loss Prevention principles Interested?
