The Opportunity Due to rapid growth, we are hiring a Specialist (equivalent to Senior Consultant in Big4 firms) for our Risk Modernisation team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will deliver risk and compliance solutions across industries including financial services, retail, corporate, and government. Your responsibilities include developing risk frameworks, assessing risk programs, testing controls, and designing compliance programs. You will project manage and execute a variety of high-quality projects related to risk, conduct, prudential, and compliance themes, working closely with Partners, Directors, and the team. About You Experienced in advising clients on risk and compliance management. 3-5 years' experience in a client-facing role within a reputable consulting firm; candidates with 4 years' experience in compliance, risk, or internal audit, especially with listed companies, are encouraged to apply. Proficient with risk tools, frameworks, and standards. Skilled in developing and implementing risk strategies and controls. Knowledge of regulatory obligations, especially with ACCC requirements, is highly desirable. Problem-solver with a commercial, client-focused approach. Motivated to take on responsibility, manage multiple priorities, and engage in client and business development activities. Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, complex environment. Eager to learn and grow professionally.
