The Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to join our East Services & Projects Team in Gladstone. Key responsibilities of this role include: Coordinating and mobilising employees to site, including flight and travel bookings Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project team Coordinating and mobilising employees to site, including flight and travel bookings Project procurement support Timesheet entry, Payroll Queries Facilitation and Tracking General filing, record-keeping and office duties Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements within our compliance software.
