The OGC deals with a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, regulatory issues and litigation. Your Opportunity Forming part of the Office of General Counsel team this role will play a key role in a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, regulatory issues and litigation by draft and negotiate general contracts and commercial agreements Review new products and service offerings Provide legal advice in relation to tender documents and client service offerings Liaise closely with the business and external counsel How are you extraordinary? You must hold a current practicing certificate, and we value lawyers with: Experience negotiating general commercial contracts Exposure to corporate law matter is desurable Strong drafting and negotiation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience building relationships with internal clients at all levels A proactive and commercial approach to problem solving Qualifications You are an admitted lawyer and hold a current practising certificate.
