THE POSITION Prepare fresh, delicious meals at our Italian-style bistro, located on the beautiful grounds of James Cook University. Work as part of a small, supportive team preparing short-order meals The role will have a focus on menu development and cost control responsibilities. Monitor stock and minimize wastage Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation THE PERSON Minimum Cert.
