About the Role As an Energy Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in customer retention and acquisition through outbound call campaigns. You’ll be responsible for: Promoting ActewAGL’s energy products and services Driving acquisition and retention through inbound/outbound calls Managing customer accounts and resolving issues Completing administrative tasks and maintaining data integrity Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets Reporting competitor activity and contributing to team culture What You’ll Bring Qualifications & Experience: Proficiency in Velocity and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of electricity and gas churn processes Experience in residential and business energy offers Proven customer service and sales experience Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently Skills & Attributes: Achievement-oriented and resilient Safety-focused with attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric mindset Strong digital and problem-solving skills Effective time management and team collaboration Why Join ActewAGL?
