Based at our Waurn Ponds or Burwood Campus hybrid work arrangements Part-time (0.8FTE) and fixed-term until 1 May 2026 HEW 6 $96,276 - $103,971 17% Superannuation About the role: The Senior Curriculum Officer is a responsible for developing and updating curriculum, managing approval and implementation processes, and supporting academic administration. The role provides secretariat support for relevant Faculty and School Committees, maintains curriculum systems, delivers course data analysis and reporting, and assists with liaison and logistics for external professional body course accreditation. As a Senior Curriculum Officer, you will: Support the annual handbook and curriculum update. Support academic administrative processes. Plan, support and oversee the implementation of curriculum changes related to the course and unit development and review cycle. Investigates curriculum issues, provides advice and timely solutions in line with policy, and contributes to ongoing process improvements in data, reporting, quality assurance, and service delivery Support and collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve escalated curriculum related student queries and assist with communications. To be successful, you’ll have: A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures. Experience working within a curriculum or academic support role within a tertiary setting or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone and written issue.
