The Role Marcellin College, a leading Catholic boy's school, presents an opportunity for a rising leader to join the College as Year Level Leader (Year 10) , commencing Term 1, 2026. The role of the Year Level Leader (Year 10) is to monitor the academic, cultural, social, emotional and physical welfare and development of the students in Year 10. The Year Level Leader (Year 10) is expected to foster a sense of community and care that supports the progress of students. They also support the spiritual development of the young men in Year 10 and the social justice aims of the College. Additionally, Year Level Leaders monitor the academic progress of the students in the Year that they are responsible for. The role of the Year Level Leader is to drive a collaborative culture of quality student wellbeing, learning and operational excellence, aligned with the College’s Catholic ethos, Marist spirituality and vision for Learning. As a member of the Student Wellbeing Team, the Year Level Leader (Year 10) is expected to support the vision and goals of the College as a faith learning community founded on the Gospels and Marist Charism. All College leaders are committed to ongoing professional learning. The Year Level Leader (Year 10) will work closely with other leaders and teachers in the development and implementation of Student Wellbeing and Pastoral Care programs. This role works closely with the Student Wellbeing and Learning and Teaching Teams and relevant staff to ensure the development and implementation of a holistic learning and teaching program that is reflective of innovative practices.
