About you Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential 6 months experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) Be able to provide person - centred care, with good communication & interpersonal skills NDIS Worker Screening Check is a requirement of this role.
