Financial Services Tax The Financial Services team serves the financial and real estate sectors with a variety of compliance, transaction, and consulting services. The real estate sub-team assists with asset transactions, portfolio reviews, market analysis, and strategic advice, catering to listed property groups, inbound real estate fund managers, and property developers Infrastructure & Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) The Infra and M&A team provides specialist advice on mergers, acquisitions, and restructures, including: Merger and acquisition readiness (divestiture and carve-out) Tax risk management (due diligence) Deal execution (tax structuring) Effective negotiation (sale and purchase agreements) Capital raising (fund structuring) Crisis support Tax Reporting and Innovation (TRI) The TRI team combines expertise in tax function design, technology, and compliance delivery.
