You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise Allied Health Assistants and students, and drive service excellence across our At Home Aged Care division. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, replacing a team member who has gone on maternity leave. Key requirements of the role: Deliver best-practice Physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription. Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, support staff, and students. Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programmes across aged care and disability services. Promote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings. Support client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement. About you AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with a tertiary qualification Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of aged care funding streams (CHSP, HCP, STRC, My Aged Care) is desirable Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads effectively Current driver’s licence and valid police check Why VMCH?
