You’ll play a key role in supporting both our established diesel line and our new hybrid division, working directly with clients, end users, and internal teams to deliver premium service and solutions across Australia. ____ Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and service electrical issues across all diesel and hybrid product lines Provide technical sales consulting and solutions to both existing and new clients Collaborate with service team members to deliver exceptional after-sales support Prepare periodic service reports and improvement plans for management Liaise with the logistics and sales administration teams to coordinate stock movement and warehouse operations Travel across Australia (up to 1 month at a time) for service assignments Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager ____ What We’re Looking For: Qualified Electrician with a valid Australian electrical licence Minimum 1 year of experience working with Diesel Servicing Proven ability to work across a range of diesel and hybrid products Strong knowledge of technical specifications and applications High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to policies and procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel nationally for service jobs Experience working closely with service, parts, and warehouse teams __ Why Join Us?
