We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join a leading occupational rehab provider in Geelong. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow the business. You will be largely responsible for overall people leadership and management of all employees within the profit centre. This includes the management of recruitment processes, identifying training needs, delivering training, and supporting the professional growth and development of all employees. You will also be responsible for strategic leadership / operational management activities, including developing and implementing strategic management plans and annual business plans for the area, aligning it with company goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations, allocation of resources, workflow, management and performance monitoring. Financial management also encompasses this role, where you will ensure your team's productivity targets are achieved through effective supervision, high-quality case management, durable service delivery, and meeting SLA requirements. Enjoy mentoring, coaching, and supervising consultants and conducting team meetings to support their achievement of service delivery, customer service, and billable targets. Benefits: $105K - $120K plus super Flexible work arrangements Professional development allowance Fantastic work culture About You: Relevant Tertiary qualification in Allied Health Relevant Professional Registration A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of occupational rehabilitation/injury management, 2 years’ of which has been in a management/supervisory capacity Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing Skills in delegation, developing, leading and empowering others Demonstrated experience in client relations Demonstrated experience in team leadership, working collaboratively with other senior management and providing strategic advice to senior leaders Demonstrated experience in operational management including skills in delegation, developing, leading and empowering others to create high performing teams Advanced level skills within a Microsoft Office environment Understanding of the commercial framework of business Financial management skills to control expenses Proactively undertakes professional development to upskill and reskill as required Current driver's licence Eligible to work permanently in Australia About Us: MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
