Job Summary: We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that support scalability, automation, and risk reduction across HUB24’s platform administration division. This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, including EOFY statement automation and a review of client servicing technology solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of assigned projects—from initiation to closure. Define project scope, goals, success measures, and governance frameworks. Develop and manage project schedules, dependencies, budgets, and resources. Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Drive benefit realisation and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Support change management to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices and team capability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field. 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the wealth management industry. Strong understanding of wrap platforms, superannuation, investment products, or financial advice. Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Desirable: PMI/PMP certification, experience in platform administration client services, and RFP/vendor selection processes.
