The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused casual waitstaff to join our Front of House team. You will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Provide menu knowledge and recommendations when required
Serve wine, cocktails, and other beverages (RSA required)
Ensure tables are set, cleared, and reset efficiently
Work closely with team members to maintain smooth service flow
Handle payments and operate POS systems
Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
