About the Role As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience delivering exceptional service, showcasing our food and drinks, and helping create memorable moments. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere. Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar or room service) is a plus - but we’re happy to train the right people! Current NSW RSA certification. Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations. A genuine passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
