You will recruit, support, and mentor Parent Partners, particularly those with lived experience, to help families experiencing cumulative harm in Hume Merri-bek. Working under the Manager Family Services and Orange Door, you will collaborate with community organisations and DFFH to deliver a scalable mentoring program that promotes meaningful family engagement and empowerment. Your skills and experience Bachelor's degree in a community services, community development, health or human services area preferred, or experience in/exposure to one of these areas. Coaching or workplace change qualifications, or substantial experience in providing systematic and structured follow-on support after initial training Ability to provide feedback without bias or judgement.
