We’re bringing a fresh and exciting modern Vietnamese takeaway pop-up to life and are on the hunt for a Front of House Manager to lead the experience. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-energy role where no two days are the same. As Front of House Manager, you’ll be the face of our concept, ensuring smooth day-to-day service, driving a positive team culture, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Leading and motivating the FOH team during service. Managing daily operations including rosters, stock, and service flow. Delivering warm, genuine customer service in a busy, takeaway-focused environment. Upholding presentation and service standards. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of FOH staff. Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service. What we are looking for: Previous management or supervisory experience in a hospitality environment (takeaway or casual dining a plus) Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team A passion for hospitality and delivering a memorable guest experience Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced setting Flexibility to work across days, nights, and weekends as needed Why you’ll love working for us?
