Applicants must at minimum hold a Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) and have a minimum of one-year full time experience post qualification; or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. Key duties include managing and overseeing the daily operations of a retail business, including: Deciding on the range of products offered, inventory quantities, and customer service standards Developing and executing purchasing and marketing strategies, as well as pricing structures Promoting and advertising products and services Engaging in sales and providing customers with product guidance and usage information Keeping track of inventory and financial transactions Preparing and managing the store's budget Overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety regulations A remuneration of $80,000 plus superannuation per year will be offered to the successful candidate.
