About the Company Our client is a highly regarded commercial construction and maintenance provider with a strong reputation for delivering quality outcomes in sensitive and complex environments. They work across multiple sectors including government, public housing, utilities, and community infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment to join their dynamic team as a skilled Project Coordinator. About the Role As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering projects, and be the key link between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams ensuring every project runs smoothly from initiation to completion and that they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, manage trades, and oversee administrative processes from job initiation to final handover. Responsibilities Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and job close-outs to ensure accuracy and compliance. Source and coordinate trades for reactive maintenance and quoted works, including regional areas. Set up quotes with accurate scopes, pricing, and exclusions. Oversee trades and subcontractors to meet client expectations and deadlines. Maintain up-to-date job records, client portals, and project documentation. Apply for permits and liaise with councils, utilities, and property authorities. Attend client meetings, manage agendas, and support continuous process improvements. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience working with sensitive environments and a variety of stakeholder groups. Proficiency in job management systems (Aroflo desirable).
